The support we offer is not advice, therapy or counselling and it is not intended to replace any of the above. We actively encourage our service users to seek professional help and support when needed.
What we do offer is instant support through the web to a person who may be experiencing something in their life which they may be finding difficult to cope with. Our service is a stepping stone and holding place for the individual until they are ready to reach out and have the necessary provisions for professional help and support put into place. We will signpost you to external services within your locality if a need arises.
We also offer a peer to peer service on our facebook page . Further to this we offer a non crisis email service firstname.lastname@example.org
